Anyone have any experience with this?
I don't have time to research but I was just curious as to whether or not there was a reason to not get it if you have the hardware for it...
Any application issues with it running 32bit apps?

Wait for more applications to take advantage of the 64-bit OS. Right now, you can count them on one hand.
