Windows xp 64bit

Post by KrAzYdAvE »

Anyone have any experience with this?
I don't have time to research but I was just curious as to whether or not there was a reason to not get it if you have the hardware for it...

Any application issues with it running 32bit apps?

Your questions are answered in the link above. Bottom line; "Given that there is no difference in performance when running 32 bit applications, it does not make sense to upgrade to Windows XP Professional x64 Edition... [unless you're] an early adopter."

Wait for more applications to take advantage of the 64-bit OS. Right now, you can count them on one hand.
