After Action Reports

The Clan of the Camper uses After Action Reports, or AAR's, as a system for evaluating incoming applicants to the Clan. These applicants, until they are seen as fit to enter the Clan, are known as Ghosts. Ghosts are observed and evaluated during scheduled practices, and based on thier performance they are given points. 125 points are necessary before graduation into the clan will be considered. Ghosts are evaluated once per week, with a maximum of 25 points earned per evaluation. Those 25 points do not include any extra credit that may have been earned. Extra credit is given in addition to any points recieved durring an evaluation. A maximun of 10 points may be earned through participation and attitude, while a maximun of 5 points may be earned through gaming skills. Included in these AAR's will be a list of those who attended the practice, a summary of the event, and any points that where handed out to attending Ghosts as a result.
