<a href="http://www.quakecon.org">Quakecon</a> is being held yet again this year, in Dallas... and this time I get to go...

(..off and on working though, because it is held during the week - August 3rd through 6th)

I can't wait!!!

ya, and i am not really any good at any of the games anyway, but it is still fun to play.

i like enemy territory but dont know anybody that even plays it... its free, so i dont know why not ... and that is one completely team oriented game..its awesome.

Wish something like that would happen in my area. Well, there are always road trips.

I just think it would be cool if some ppl came over and we all went as a representation of CotC....to the Quakecon.... thats all... would definately up recruitment as more ppl would know about us...

Yeah I got ET way back when it first came out on a CD that I got with a PC Gamer magazine. It's like CSS, but more like BF2 with all the different jobs and abilities for each job.

they said there are gonna be a lot of ppl taking pics and stuff, but since i am 541 on the *waiting list* for byoc (bring your own computer... which is like, their MASSIVE lan gaming thing)... i can at least bring my digital camera for some good pics and my camcorder to maybe record some stuff...

from 10am this morning... around 15 minutes ago basically.... til..sunday morning at 10am.....man this is one crazy event! I cant wait til i get a chance to go. hehe
