FIFA World Cup 2006

Post by D.A.R.K.[CotC] »

The games are on, teams have lost, and others have won. The first round is still going on, so go watch it!

Basically, post here what team(s) you're rooting for, and who you think is gonna win!

Me: Brazil for the win, and I want Germany to do well

Yeah, I'll second that part about wishing to do some of those soccer tricks. Any athlete at the top of their game has my utmost respect. I don't have a particular favorite team either!

But I dunno about the coolest sport to watch. I think each person will have their own preference. I would prefer a good SBK World Superbike race for pacing and action. I know my bro-in-law would rather watch NASCAR. His buddy likes Baseball... To each his own I guess.

Oh... my... god..... How did she get on the field?!?!

It looked like the players didnt mind that she was there... even if she scored a goal. Why did that guys pass to her in the first place?

Something like that happened yesterday in the Brazil vs. Croacia game... but it wasn't as... ummm... it wasnt the same...

Very true. There is no "best sport". Everyone has their own favorite sport to watch. That's why there are so many.

At least for me, i enjoy playing the sport more than i like watching them. I like other sports including your "SBK World Superbike", but for me, i'd rather be behind the whell of those NASCAR racers and those dirt bikes!

It might not be very safe for anyone within a two mile radius of myself, or me for that matter, but i'd enjoy the driving more than watching others drive.
To each his own.
<--- :D True dat!
