Data, ever heard of PYTHON

Post by warf »

Looks like an interpreted language. It is the basis for writing Bf2 mods as well, and I'm thinking about dabbling in it.

Any info?

Shedding ever changing colours,
in the darkness of the fading night,
Like the river joins the ocean,
as the germ in a seed grows
We have finally been freed to get back home.

I'm not Data, but I have messed around in Python a bit before... Python is, yes, an interpreted language... just like Perl, and others.. I use Perl mostly, but from what I have seen Python is pretty straight forward and has a lot of capabilities .... I had actually thought about getting more into it, myself... the syntax, however, is different than anything I usually use .. but Python is a really good language for a lot of things.. If you do get into it and have any problems though.. I would be glad to look into things and take a look, if the need arose....

Serpent gave you a better answer than I could. I have heard of Python,
they use it here but not extensively.
