BF1942, or Vietnam, I love flying both planes and helis. I use only mouse/keyboard and have no problems. 
accuracy gets a whole lot better with a good joystick with rudder controls though!
I used to fly with the mouse and keyboard, but was never really good at aiming until I got a joystick.
