Question for the tech gurus

Post by Dataspel »

Suppose I buy a DVD of music w/video. I don't care about the
video but want to rip the music onto my PC for transfer to an ipod.
Is that possible? If so, do you think Itunes will figure out how to
do it automatically?
Thanks in advance!

after a quick thought ... the audio can be extracted by itself, but you will have to break the tracks yourself.

(just to instill confidence)

You are accurate. And it would be one large audio file that you would have to break your self if you wanted it by track.

That would be fine. Any suggestions about software to extract and then break the audio file?
