Anyone Upgrade yet?

Anyone besides me upgrade to Windows 7 yet?

Been using Windows 7 Enterprise (RTM) for past month or so. Got it nice and early, as my work is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Nice and smooth running!

Yeah seems very smooth and quick. I am having probs with steam though.

I got a retail copy from the MS Launch event. And had to wait until the weekend to install it. My Vista Ultimate 64-bit was not an upgrade candidate for Win 7 Ultimate 32-bit. (Thanks MS guys for not giving me a 64-bit version. Not!) Any way, it came with all the drivers for my hardware and even my printer. It even found the mouse, keyboard and monitor by name! My games were benchmarking great, but online play was horrible. There must have been some network optimizations needed since games were like a slide show. I ran the Media Center optimization and games were creamy smooth again. But I'm not sure what Media Center did to fix the networking code. (Maybe some QoS for streaming data?) About the only thing left for me to complain about is the lack of good Wall Paper choices. That's it! Not much to complain about, and plenty that I really like about this OS.

My verdict: Recommended.

I am using the 64 bit which is probably why most of my games aren't working.
