Microsoft is running a massive discount program called the "Ultimate Steal." This allows qualified students the ability to purchase Microsoft software at discounts as low as 91%. And, it's not the watered down student version of their software either. For instance, Office 2007 Ultimate (List price $680) is available for just $59.95! The catch? You have to have an .edu or student ID that you can upload the image of at the time of order.
No need to hurry, according to the press release the web-only offering will be available "throughout the academic school year".
The program will be rolled out to other countries in the future, to include Canada.
