Google Chrome

Post by KrAzYdAvE »

Just downloaded their browser software.
Wow - it's fast! And smart too!
When one tab crashes, you can kill it without losing your whole browser. And multi-threading is awesome!

Yeah, it's really sweet - but I can't live without my live bookmarks in Firefox 3. I'm sure it will get some more of Firefox's features as it goes further in development. It's without a doubt the most promising browser that I've seen in beta.

it's a really weird setup. Takes a bit to get used to.

And for some reason (don;t know if anyone else has encountered this) i can scroll up while using Chrome. I can scroll down, but i have to either use the up arrow key or the PgUp to go back up. Am I doing something wrong?!

Being a beta, are there any security issues with sending and receiving sensitive data? Is it as secure as Firefox? Could one do their online banking using this browser for example?
