AVOID PAYPAL LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Post by BD »

I alledge that they allowed Larry Huan Hadley AKA ezdeals@san.rr.com of 12345 Picrus St. to essentially steal $200 from me on Ebay.

He sent me a defective item. I send it back to him and he agreed to replace it. He kept it and never paid me back. Now I get to drive down to San Diego and sue his ass in small claims.

Praise Allah he only lives a couple hours away and not in another state.

I'm going to email judge Judy.

My complaint with the CoD Server Host we used to use was dealt with promptly and in our favour, I've never had any problem with Paypal, heh.

Theres a big issue there once you've signed for and received an item. If you had RTS'd the package without signing for it then you could show paypal evidence that you don't have the item. I know I know, who the hell opens the package before signing for it... but you should.

I deal with this on a daily basis

BD,

I had this happen to me. Paypal paid a portion of the claim, (10%) I then went to my credit card company that the PP account drew off of, and got the rest.
