They are. In english translation, it means he spent many many hours of his life toiling to get enough money to buy a mount, which is an equal ammount to purchasing all the mansions that exist in California (game money that is)

It's Wow. Just leveled to 40 and got the wolf to ride.

I'm Shaman so I also get to wear Mail now. You don't have to work too hard to get gold. You can sell 1 spider silk for 1G bid, 1.5G buyout (drops are infrequent but you gain exp while hunting). Also I enchant and some of the Mats go for 5-10G in volume. Made 25G at the AH last night of mats alone.

I dont' know how you guys play it still... it bored me so fast, and made me even angrier the more I played it (stupid gankers). And assassins are way too overpowered

Waiting for my subscription to expire and then I'll decide if anything else has come out worth playing.

Get to 60 and the "assassins" *rogues* cant do anything. It all comes back around.

I heard only average reviews about it back when it came out and since then I've heard its population base has gone way down.

I prefer the RPG style MMO to the FPS one personally. lots of FPS games without a subscription fee

From some years ago I had played FFXI, which I felt had it's moments. Although there are many things that I can point out and degrade because of the elements that prevented the widespread use of certain jobs... I find myself longing to join to rejoin the community of FFXI more and more each day... It can be a good game if you can play it right, and actually pick a job that people won't look down on and not want to party with. And that was a huge problem of the game: parties. Every day, every hour, every minute, party party party, you can't do anything without a party. You can't do quests, you can't level on your own (except for the first 10-15 levels), YOU NEED A PARTY!!! And people were really biased about the type of jobs they wanted in a party... if you're a white mage, there's no end to people begging you to join their party... if you're a dragoon like I was, you'll find yourself sitting around twiddling your thumbs begging for someone to let you into a party, and even so they'll kick you out if someone better shows up... Man I really do want to play that game again

Ender, I still have an account that hasn't been put up for auction yet. Both characters are on Icecrown "normal" server. However you could create your own on whichever other server you prefer.

Lvl 56 Human Paladin
Lvl 36 Night Elf Rogue

Both with excellent gear for their lvl and spec'd for combat.

Oh, and if you're curious about the mount... Paladin's get one for free.

Let me know by PM if you're interested - I'll make it all nice and cheap for you too.

As you can tell from the signature, I've moved onto the best MMO out - EQ2.
