Greetings to all Cotc members!! :D

I recently applied to CotC, thanks to KrAzYdAvE[CotC] for his guidiance. And I hope I will meet more of CotC members, as it will give me a opportunity to play with together as a team or against.

Nevertheless, I would like to mention the server CotC is currently running, is amazing great. I have never been on a server where I can get 8 ping (other than on LAN).

Regardless, I hope to meet everyone soon, and have a wonderful time and experience playing with each other.

P.S Happy Early Vday, everybody! :D


Edit: Sorry, forgot to mention I am playing on CotC's DoD Source server :)

8 ping?!?!?! WOW!!!!!!

The best I have ever gotten anywhere - EVER - playing a game online, is last night...I was getting between 17 and 20 or so... on a Chicago BF2 server. heh..

I think 8 is an exaggeration, unless you are optical?

Ah, no wonder, I don't think you live all too far from the server. My ping being the same (on same network). Server resides in Hamilton, on a major internet trunk. :D

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone, I was on the DoD Source server a few minutes ago. Jumped around for a 10mins, no one in there!!!

The free weekend filled it up, but if you manage to get a few people on there during a weeknight or on a weekend after about 9-10am, more people usually join.

Get on xfire and team speak!!! Usually we will find you there, someone around will notice and join.

I hope it burns!!! :wink: Crap, just a little tired of my poor pings lately. Our new COD2 server pings me at more than 150. I was looking forward to a good ping as I thought the server was at Red's in Canada.

Its at Akira's work, on the west end of Lake Ontario -- you shouldnt ping too badly but it depends on how your ISP routes to the internet.

Also the server needs a bit of an upgrade as we're getting to the point where it has too many games on it :)
