Hello
Hey Everyone
Just Drop by to say whats up.
I play BF2 a lot, F.E.A.R., AOE III, Civ IV, there are others but these take up most of my time. I will soon be picking up COD 2 and a few others.
I heard of this group from delk and mopar, we work together.
I am glad to have joined a team. Its always better when you know some of the people you are playing with.
My name well I really like Underworld.

It's good to see a new face here. Welcome to our humble society. Would you prefer CPT Death Dealer or just Underworld?
You play some nice games, and CoD2 will make a fine addition to them. I wanna know your oppinion about F.E.A.R., is it really as good as I've read it to be?
You'll get to know a lot more of us with time. I mainly stay busy with CSS, CoD, and CoD2 when it comes to online gaming, but I have dozens of other games.
Hope to see more of you.

Death Dealer will do just fine, thanks for asking
F.E.A.R. is real tight from a single player point of view. I have yet to play it multiplayer. You will need a pretty sweet PC to fully enjoy the game. This game really screws with your head when you play. The images and sounds you see and hear when you play will really trip you out.
If you guys care, my PC stats are:
AMD X2 4800+ (jsut got it this weekend)
1gig Corsair XMS Pro (need 1 more gig)
BFG 6800GT x1 (want 7800GTX 512MB)
MSI MBoard
Audigy 2 Plantinum (want X-FI)
Seagate 240gig SATA (2x120gig)
600watt power supply

Stick with the 6800GT for a bit - I upgraded my 6800GT to a 7800GTX 512mb and the difference isn't really worth the cost. (yet at least)Death_Dealer[Camper] wrote:Death Dealer will do just fine, thanks for asking

BTW, whats with the overkills on power supplies these days?
My system has 4 HDD's, 2 DVD drives, a 7800GTX, a floppy disk, and 5 case fans not counting the mobo fans, with a P4 3.4ghz, yet I'm still running a 350watt Enlight PSU with no problems.
Hell, not even the servers I maintain have 600watt PSU's, and they have alot more hardware than my home PC.
I think it's about 80% marketing IMHO..

That is true, in theory you shouldn't have to buy another one again unless that one either dies on you, the fan(s) go out, or they come out with a new standard.
I suppose that technically, I should be running a 450watt PSU for all of my hardware, so I'm probably overloading this one, but to be honest, this one has been overloaded in the same way for quite some time and has never given me any issues. Why fix what isn't broken, right?

Welcome aboard, look forward to gaming with you. I play mostly COD and COD2 and BF2 with some of the valve games, CSS and DDD.
