Serpent,
You had mentioned that someone was releasing Quake 1 maps that had been converted into Doom 3 maps?
Where is this I want a peek, as that would ignite another Doom 3 interest for me, especially in multiplayer games...

WOW!
From what I saw in the gallery these look way cool, and appear accurate. I have most of those maps memorized by heart, as do many CotC. I think that is the key to good gaming online with regard to multiplayer, that is knowing the maps by heart.
Anyway, the posts for the gallery appear to be from January 21? That must be 2005. If the project has sat that long without any updates I wonder what the status is now?? Is this another project we could assist in, do we have an map makers left?
This is how we helped SCTF along...we'd be willing to help them as I could imagine gaming in Quake1 maps with the D3 engine would be sweet...

It would be nice to have a series of clan commissioned maps, built to specifications...Night Hawk wrote:...and i'm playing around w/ the normal CoD map editer right now.
Please conference with me regarding your abilities in this area as we have many places and uses for such skills.
It's good to have skills. Everyone needs skills. And not just bow-staff or nun-chuck skills.
