Can't you feel our souls ignite
Shedding ever changing colours,
in the darkness of the fading night,
Like the river joins the ocean,
as the germ in a seed grows
We have finally been freed to get back home.

Of course they can't beat the classics, especially say a Shelby GT 350 or 500! But they're also something you can have all the newer, more dependable technology in, with the styling of a 65 fastback.
I'd bet if you had Shelby coloring and striping on it, you'd turn a whole lot of heads! I still think the 05 GTs cost more than they're worth though...

They're working on a Shelby. For next year, I think.krazydave wrote:Of course they can't beat the classics, especially say a Shelby GT 350 or 500! But they're also something you can have all the newer, more dependable technology in, with the styling of a 65 fastback.

The GT is overpriced, but even so, it's a lot of "go" for the dough. But that's not why I want one - I want one because I always wanted a '65-'66 fastback. The styling was perfection.
This return to styling roots is long-overdue. Nice car, Luke - you da man.
