If CS:S server full, shouldn't my Steam ID allow me to join?

Thought I was on a "list" to bump non CotC to be able to join. I can't get on. :(

nah nah not ne more aparently, ive been informed that they have taken the reserved slots off.

Reserved slots are the best thing, since typically if you admin/run a server, you would generally want to be able to play on that server. If it is full, say more than half on there are non-CotC, it just sucks not being able to join. :(

I run the CoD server with 1 reserved slot so if it is full (heh i can dream) at least an admin can hop in and open some room if necessary
