When : Sat & Sun April 23rd and 24th
Where: Palmdale, CA
What will be needed: You, your computer, a power strip, a comfy chair if possible, drinks, and $20 to cover some food and electricity for the weekend. Any extra cash will be glady accepted as will recommendations for food or food itself.
I'm still working on planning the whole event, so if I discover I need anything, I will post it here.
Schedule will be to arrive Sat morning or maybe even Fri night for some of you die hards (let me know first though if you want to show up Friday), game late into Sat night and for the day Sunday before you get on the road back home.
High speed DSL will be connected to the LAN.
Primary game will be CS:S
We'll also be tossing in some CoD:UO and some WoW
I DON'T want to spend the weekend making new games work on everyone's computers! so make sure you have what you need before you come!
I have an abundance of spare NICs if anyone is in need of one for the LAN...
I have one single bed, two couches and limited floor for sleeping space. LAN will be in the garage. So if you need sleeping space, let me know early so I don't end up with people sleeping on top of each other. My sister's house is about a 30 minute drive from mine and she may be willing to bunk a few at her house should I run out of room. You'll need to work that out with her ahead of time though.
Note that I do plan on getting a minimum of 15 people into my garage for some fraggin' good times. So I need as many as I can from here to RSVP with me ASAP before I start filling slots from elsewhere.
