X. The Duality Of Membership

A. Each member of the organization is entitled to contribute toward the democratic evolution of the organization. Members are entitled to voice their position on a given organizational agenda by voting in favor or against. Members are likewise responsible for operating within a given chain of command. This then is the duality of membership that each member, while a voting citizen, is also part of an online militaristic organization and must respect and follow the chain of command. Members must accept and recognize that while they have the ability to vote toward their future they also have the responsibility of remaining subordinate to a command system.
