VI. Entitlements, Ownership & Content

A. Entitlements

1. Under the Campquake Republic entitlements based upon ownership of items, materials, content, hardware, programming, design and all other aspects of existence of their contribution shall entitle the owner, contributor, private individual or third-party a right to the fate of said contribution.

B. Ownership & Content

1. Under the Campquake Republic ownership shall be based upon organizational, private and third-party status.

a. Organizational ownership shall be defined as those items which are contributed by private individuals for use by the organization which the individual does not require a fee, tribute or other commensurate position or service. Said contributions shall become the sole ownership of the domain name(s) and of the organization associated with the domain name(s).

b. Private ownership shall be defined as those items which are contributed by private individuals who specify a previous private status.

c. Third-party material shall be hosted or enabled and identified as not associated with either the organization or any member of the organization associated with said third-party and shall be the exclusive domain of any such third-party.
