VII. Violence Disclaimer

A. The Campquake Republic, this Multiplayer Millennium Manifesto, Campquake.Com, Campquake.Org, Campquake.Net and the Clan Of The Camper recognize that many games embraced by the organization are of a violent nature. The organization does not sponsor nor contribute to the utilization of our organization for alternative means.

1. The organization subscribes to societal norms and heralds the need for members to abide by the letter of the law, in whatever global geographical area they may reside. Likewise the organization does not accept the role of parent and shall not be held liable for the actions of members outside the constructs of their volunteer status within the organization.

2. The individuality of membership may not represent any formal position or representation of the organization. The organization does not monitor material and does not parent its members. The organization can not be found responsible for actions of its members or the content in violent games. By enlisting in the organization individuals attest to stating they are of mature age and will not hold the organization in any form for being responsible for their actions, activities, or conduct that defies societal norms or the letter of the law.

3. Campquake strives to be the most sportsmanlike gaming organization on the Internet, and will seek to enlist motivated players of unique skill levels who share our pursuit of clean gaming and team strategy. Campquake does not accept the role of parent but has organized gamers who have purchased violent games. Campquake does not seek to enlist violent individuals but rather individuals who play games. We believe that professional help for violent tendencies while offline is the sole responsibility of the individual or parent and are in no way a result of association with an organization in pursuit of clean gaming and fun.
