WRAITH
Overseer of the application process, answering to TALON

REQUIREMENTS
Any member in good standing with the Legion may apply for TALON after one year of satisfactory service to the Clan

ELECTION
The WRAITH will be elected using the following process:

1) Members from the Legion roster who are willing to be WRAITH will announce it to their legion via email
2) The TALON will take the list and post it and perform headcount in the senate
3) The Legion members will email their vote to the GANDHI, TALON, and the current WRAITH
4) a majority of the voting headcount is required for a member to be elected WRAITH
5) TALON will announce the new leader after all of the votes are counted
6) WRAITH will serve for a term of one year

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The WRAITH will have the following rights and responsibilities:

1) Enlist the help of two assistants
2) Receive all applications and assign them a mentor from the Combatant Legion
3) Announce to the Clan who the new members are via the senate
4) Have enough integrity to keep whatever system is in place fair.

SPECIAL
The current WRAITH may remain in power if there are no other suitable candidates, after a 2/3 vote by TALON, GANDHI and EAGLE
