DEFINITIONS
(These are intended to be guides and may be superceded by the constitution)

Satisfactory service - A period of continuous time unmarred by disciplinary action or leaves of absence

Electorate - Members of the Veteran Council, including the First Veteran and EAGLE make up the Electorate .  Unless otherwise stated, a 75% passing vote is required whenever the Electorate is involved. Caesar is not a member of the Electorate.

Cells - A grouping of members, typically smaller than a Legion, to be organized for a single task then disbanded

Headcount - When a vote is to happen, the applicable leader will post the details on the senate and the appropriate members will have 72 hours to announce their availability to vote.  The number of people who have expressed their intention to vote is the "headcount."

Call for Impeachment - Starts with a posting on the Senate.  The Senate (without the Electorate) then must vote for or against in open posting form (so that all can see your vote) with a 75% passing vote.  The Electorate will then vote and must reach 75% for in order for Impeachment.  If Impeachment is passed, Caesar will have the opportunity to resign or the Electorate will vote for removal.  A vote of 90% for is required for removal.
