TALON
Leader of the Combatant Legion, Answering to Caesar

REQUIREMENTS
Any member in good standing with the Legion may apply for TALON after 6 months of satisfactory service to the Clan

ELECTION
The leader of the Combatants will be elected using the following process:

1) Members from the Legion roster who are willing to be Leader will announce it to their legion via email
2) The current leader will take the list and post it and perform headcount in the senate
3) The Legion members will email their vote to the Veteran Council, the current TALON and Caesar
4) Seventy five percent of the voting headcount is required for a member to be elected TALON
5) Caesar will announce the new leader after all of the votes are counted
6) TALON will serve for a term of one year

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The TALON will have the following rights and responsibilities:

1) Maintain membership count
2) Maintain contact information and estimated times of return for members on LOA
3) Wield full power and authority over combatants
4) Initiate, accept, organize and/or support clan matches in whatever games the Legion can field a fighting force in
5) Initiate raids on appropriate servers
6) Inform the Senate of all events prior to execution
7) Resolve all internal conflict quietly with the appropriate parties
8) Oversee the WRAITH and the applicant process

SPECIAL
The current TALON may remain in power if there are no other suitable candidates, after a 75% vote by the Electorate
