First Veteran
Leader of the Veteran Council, answering to the Senate

REQUIREMENTS
Any member of the Veteran Council in good standing with the Clan may apply for First Veteran after 3 years of satisfactory service to the Clan

ELECTION
The leader of the Veteran Council will be elected using the following process:

1) Members from the Veteran Council who are willing to be Leader will announce it to the senate via posting
2) The current First Veteran will take the list and re-post it and perform headcount in the senate
3) The Veteran Council will email their vote to Caesar, the current First Veteran and EAGLE
4) a unanimous vote from the headcount is required for a member to be elected First Veteran
5) EAGLE will announce the new leader after all of the votes are counted
6) First Veteran will serve for a term of one year

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The First Veteran will have the following rights and responsibilities:

1) Be the voice of the Veteran Council
2) Shares VETO power on any legislation
3) Make himself available for guidance to Caesar or any leader
4) Chair any impeachment proceedings
