REQUIREMENTS
Any member in good standing with the Clan may apply for EAGLE after 2 years of satisfactory service to the Clan

ELECTION
The leader of the Senate will be elected using the following process:

1) Members from the Clan who are willing to be Leader will announce it to the Clan via the Senate
2) The current leader will take the list and post it and perform headcount in the Senate
3) The Clan members will email their vote to the Veteran Council, the current EAGLE and Caesar
4) Seventy five percent of the voting headcount is required for a member to be elected EAGLE
4) Caesar will announce the new leader after all of the votes are counted
5) EAGLE will serve for a term of one year

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The EAGLE will have the following rights and responsibilities:

1) Carries shared VETO power over any Legislation
2) Co-Administrator of the Clan of the Camper Senate
3) Mediate all disputes between legions or within legions where the Legion leaders can't

SPECIAL
Due to necessity, the administrator of the senate message board will always act as assistant to the EAGLE.  Should the Admin of the board be elected EAGLE, an assistant will be elected.
