Campquake Senate

Had four kills in one battle tonight, and I got cocky and when for Ace. I didn't see his partner, and got drilled. DUMB. Check six.

DAMMIT! Another four-kill outing. Then I ran out of targets.

This is with a heavy fighter, folks. No turning and burning, just straight out-of-the-clouds DEATH from multiple MG/cannon shells.

BOOM! Turn, find enemy - BOOM, another kill. Lather, rinse, repeat.

I'm getting an ace outing before the weekend is over...

It was a bust. The two previous outings must have been really lucky, because I got my ass kicked today. I was in the wrong place, at the wrong time, with the wrong plane. I did everything so wrong, I might have to stop flying for a little while. It was really THAT bad.

I remember playing against Cowl. It was Quake2, IIRC. I swear, I respawned, ran one way - "POW" - he rail me from across the map. Respawn in a totally different place, he'd be three with a rocket. I swear, he was on top of me before I ever saw anyone else. It was like magic. A special nightmare magic where I was just a stats-padder for him.

Well, it's been a while since I played World of Warplanes. Today I got on, waited about 20 minutes for all the updates to load, climbed in my plane, and could do no wrong. Three battles, in all of them I made ace. Had one battle with six kills and a hat trick (three kills in a row, with no other shoot-downs by any other pilot).

I don't know what happened between this time and last time. Planes are the same. They are all buffed the same as they were before. Maps are the same. *shrug*

I still don't know how to search for other players and hook up in-game with them.

I am the same, but maybe all those players that were so kicking my ass before have moved on to bigger and better aircraft, and I am the proverbial one-eyed man in the land of the blind.
