Campquake Senate

Almost fell off the map due to my work schedule, but the project is now done.
Also built a website for my father. I call it simple yet classic, although to some
of you webmasters it probably just looks simpleminded
I also converted his lastest book to Kindle format, which was interesting.
Currently playing on Kil'Jean [sic] as a level 18 Tauren hunter, trying to complete
1 quest a day until I am at a decent level. My son just told me about auction
houses so I am planning to get some new armor soon.
I saw Alize online a few days ago and Red tonight.
Zoddy[CotC] and I have done a few quests; he is currently setting up a Blood
Elf Paladin so that we can do some quests together while he is home from school.

I don't want to spoil the experience for you, but I feel there are other options to at least write about.

One can use the loot and booty obtained during questing to get items from the auction house which will assist in further questing.

Another approach is to acquire some gold, which I would be willing to furnish, either by mailing, by trade, or by deposit in our bank, which in turn would be used to get the armor you want.

By far the best experience will be to allow several of us to grab you, take you into an instance, and kill everything there. The loot that drops you can have, and especially the gear items you need to get on your player.

I'm willing, and I know many others will be too, to take you into an instance and wipe it clean. With a bunch of us all you will need to do is basically follow us, and we could exit and reset the damn thing until each piece of armor you have is blue or better.

Anyone know what works at 18-20? Shadowfang Keep?

Pick one of those instances Data and let us know when you are available and at what time PST, we will try to rally and gear you.

You mean spoil the experience of wasting countless hours of my precious time running around the barrens trying to grind out a living?
No problem! I acquired about 5000 gold from belrion.com. Felt like a pretty cool fellow during the face-to-face handoff, only
to discover that I could not buy much that I could actually use at level 18. I am up to 20 now but still can't wear the mail armor
that I bought. Zoddy tells me I need glyphs and a talent. Or vice versa, not sure. All help is most welcome. I think I am supposed
to do Wailing Caverns; is that an instance? I want a horse with firey hooves, but apparently all Taurens are allowed to ride are
Kodos and some kind of sheep. I can usually be found online nightly sometime between 23:00 - 03:00 UTC. Do we have voice comm
support? I never seem to notice text messages from clannies while playing.

Zoddy informs me that I can take a zeppelin from Orgrimmor (?) to Under City, which should be close enough to
Shadowfang, so I will start there. He is going to level up to 20 tonight and we will start sometime around
16:30 PDT tomorrow, maybe with a 1 hr break to walk the dogs at 17:30, then continue at 18:30 PDT.
We will see how far we can get into the instance. If anyone would like to join, that would be great!

And crap, this is the day I have school from 6-10PM PST. That takes me out of action.

Timing might be slightly off but If I'm here I'll do it on my hunter or newly transferred mage. The two of you can't do it alone.

Data: be careful with the gold purchase -- it can get your account banned. Those groups get the gold from hacked/stolen accounts. Essentially you're in possession of stolen goods.

Sci and I have a couple of level 20 characters, we'll bug you to do some dungeons when we get on tonight. Hope I don't work late.

If tonight does not work for Stonetalon, I will also be online evenings
during the weekend. Level 20 dungeons would be great!
