I'm off tommorrow to Panama, actually Thursday, but I'll be fretting away about what I have forgotten to pack.

It probably does; if you have stocks that are falling and need access to broadband internet to trade, then yeah, I think it will help with upset stomachs! But for $12 a day, you should be getting all the relief you need knowing that your loss in fortune can be recovered by a geographical change.

Back, what a trip! Felt like Rip Van Winkle going back home after 32 years. Many changes.

The people in Machuca were wonderful. Happy and polite. They make around $3 a day in the fields.

I can't begin to describe the feelings and emotions of being with these people.

Spanish worked out OK, A lot came back after having to use it.
