Fixed forum registration, thanks to DARK for pointing it out

I thought we were just not getting registrations on the forum. I had anti-bot VIP code in place, which code was still in phpBB files, but actual field during registering was not. I removed it.

If spam bots become a problem, I'll figure something else out to keep me from deleting all day. :D
