i've never had that problem, in the past year that i have used itunes... maybe its os related? or os cfg related? im running xp pro sp2... what os were you running that had the problems?

I'm pretty certain its permission problems as its never happened to a pc on which the user is an administrator

and i have an computer administrator account on my computer here...so ya, ok... that makes sense....

ITunes installs an IPod Service that can cause some issues -- damn thing has to run through MS Antispyware every bootup
