As far as power supplies go -- the reason the wattage is getting so high these days is because theres some really crappy power supplies out there that dont give the power they advertise.
SOmeone gets a crappy 350W supply and the computer doesnt run, so they would logically jump to the conclusion that they must need 400W to handle the load, when in reality they just need a good 350W.
This has been going on for a while now and the end result is people getting 600W power supplies. Even the good brands are finding it difficult, they make 400W supplies that produce more power than the cheap 600s and they wont sell cause people think the wattage is all they need to look at.
Oh well

Perfect example would be Rico's power supply that he got.
I don't recall what wattage that thing was, but it didn't work too long before the video card blew out one of the headers.

Aide-de-Camp - I have yet to play to much of AOE III, but played a lot of AOE II. So you Got a deal.
Scion - Underworld Evolution looks to be a quality sequal from what i have seen of previews. I believe it comes out next friday.
Dark - You are missing a good movie. The movie is much better than blade, just as much action but more of a story. Plus its a hot female wearing tight leather that has to count for something.

What are you talking about Night Hawk! My computer has worse specs than yours, but only slightly, and I can run any game out there: Doom 3, HL 2, all source games, CoD2, and I don't doubt that it could run FEAR either. You computer is more than capable of handling FEAR. Go buy it, NOW!
(P.S.: Send me a copy when you do buy it hehe)

Got one from PC Power and Cooling - quiet, and enough headers (and wire) to run all the powered stuff on it's own lead. I still have a couple left over. Hmm, time for another SATA drive, hmmm?
