We've actually been trying to adjust our map rotation so we can still vote in custom maps but the end-of-map vote is only the more standardized maps, its a bit of a struggle with the admin mod heh.

A typical game server should have a map rotation of only the base/stock maps, with voting available to switch to a custom map.

There should really be no reason to do that any different.

Exactly. I think user-level voting is disabled right now, though.
