About me
I have been suffering back pain for the last year and a half. I just found out last week I have a herniated disk in my upper back. Which I guess is a very uncommon injury and hard to do. Sucks to be me right now but I thought I would share. Now I get to go see a specialist specialist vs just a specialist tomorrow.

Damn, good luck with the specialist!
I've managed to jack my back up a few times, it's definitely no fun.
I'd say the worst was having a pinched sciatic nerve though. Just twisting slightly in the wrong direction was enough to send me instantly to the floor, unable to move.
Happened once in the middle of a Home Depot and I had to get my wife to push my ass on the cart back out to my truck.
I try to be as careful as I can, but as a 6'4" tall guy, that's easier said than done.
