This is just an incoherent thought process, each one starting with a large letter... feel freee to jump in...
Our gear level may be above it, but our skill level is Naxx ish (IMO). we've been able to clear a wing or so twice with 8ish people so kudos for that. For some this is a gearing run as well so the more content we can crush, the better the odds for someone to replace a blue or green...
There's a lot of movement in Naxx and that seems to be where we wipe. Wowwiki isn't the be all end all of wow but I find it usefull most of the time I am playing.

From that link you can see any dungeon/raid, the layout, the loot, and the bosses. There are also strategies and explanations, like the link for the safety dance

I recommend everyone takes a minute to read up on the fights you will encounter. (This is normal, read trade spam, everyone expects you to know the fights, bring pots, blah blah)
We also need to make sure everyone is on/has vent. Last night everyone was on vent (minus the melted pc hehe) so kudos, makes life easier.
We need more people. our lowbies that are in the pipe are probably our best bet. It seems people who want to RAID want to do ICC, not 'old content' so I'm thinking we should help them as much as possible. I made a druid tank that I'll be switching off playing along with the pally and my 80's(heirlooms ftw). Druid is 28 so whenever I'm on him I'll grab whoever to power queue...lol. Might be a good idea for those who have a capable tank, to grab some lobwbies every so often and do a gear run. Doesn't have to take all night, and if all goes well, you should clear anything in 20 minutes or less... longest part is the looting lol.
We need more people to be on. We can schedule these whenever but it's tough to know everyone's availability and since we are small that's kinda important, hehe. I'll start a new thread maybe for that. and as your availability changes just edit your post... that might work.
Anyway, it should be fun... There's 8-23 raid (depending on how you count lol) between us and the Lich king... that's a long path if you don't enjoy it lol.
CotC raiding, as I see it.

Wraping this around my mind, and drawing from the CotC past what I read is this:
1. We need to know these instances like we used to know Quake maps, where the powerups are located, etc.
2. We need to be able to overwhelm the server, use each slot, and have a backup team ready to log in once the first team is banned.
3. CotC is always bringing in new members, more soldiers mean more mission flexibility and precise target selections.
Am I missing it?
