Yup, they're bad Data... For a few years from like 2001 - 2004, several
motherboard makers got bad shipments of capacitors. Perhaps it is still
ongoing. Caps were supposed to be spec'ed to last more than 3 years. But
many were failing in 1 or 2 years. Intel, Dell, and Apple were not immune to
this problem. Nor was Abit, MSI, or other motherboard manufactures. The
problem was widespread, and caused many issues. You can recap the
motherboard, but it takes uber soldering skills.
