DVD ripper to iPod format

I recently bought an iPod Video and would like to know what if any DVD rippers I should use. I have found several rippers so far (ImTOO ripper, and PQ DVD) both of these have been rejected by Data.
When you're russian for food there's no time to be stalin.

I use PQ DVD, but it's pretty buggy!
