Wargame Buddy Requested

Post by Aide-de-Camp »

I am looking for a turn based hexagonal opponent to play wargames with. I have several ancient dos based games which run in any dos emulator. Command forces in Libya or in Stalingrad on the grand scale. Divisional based combat down to the hex, with victory points, supply lines, and air combat assault per hex, arty too.

Titles suggested are the World at War Series, Stalingrad or Crusader Campaign maps. These are intense, strategic, and divisional based, with opponents moving to control zones, supply lines, and what not.

Turns are played by e-mail through file exchange. One person plans moves and saves, sends to his opponent who does the same, and then the turn is executed. Next guy plans and saves, sends, then the other guy executes the next turn and so on. Makes for a nice long strategy game.

Anyone with an interest in history, ability to navigate dos, and willing to lose to my prowess can mail me at:
