U guys still havent answered my question, why does there need to be a goal???? hmmm, fun is fun, look me vern and greg will organise, u guys dont have to have nething to do wit it, there isnt even that much in organising it, all u gotta do is time place and add up score of teams and post in forums, i mean i just dont get y u guys r so agaisnt, i think that there are some people in this clan that are to serious and need to loosen up.i mean clan are surpose to be fun, but being to serious just makes it like being back at school.

Because that's the way we do things here. Has been ever since I joined. Look at the roster to see how long ago that was.

i second what data has said.

I personally don't see the purpose of having a tourney against clan mates. isn't it enough that we scrim and beat up on each other on our server on a daily basis? i just dont see what positive gain we would get from doing a tourney as opposed to just playing around on our server. Besides, we can take that extra time and work together to practice for the real scrims. Don't get me wrong, I agree that it would be fun, but I think playing on the server with everyone normally would be just as much fun.

No. That's no way to run a clan. For all you NEWBIES that have participated in other clans, which no longer exist, the reason they don't exist is because they had no stated goals, and if they did they had no action plan to achieve those goals.

This is a simple deal, complicated for an agenda as yet not defined properly for me. The deal is if members want a tourney I support you whole-heartedly, as does Red, as does the clan. But you'll have to do it our way, which is the right way. You want to have fun and a whole lot of it? Great! So do we. Instead of wasting time typing here, we could be working on strategy, so that we are in the tourney for more than one game, let's say even more than two. Starting to get the picture?

If we do not practice and develop strategy to keep us involved in tournaments for more than a day we would simply need to go to the next tourney until we have exhausted all available tournaments. No, that's not strategy, it's stupidity.

I can't support your plans for tournament unless the fun you propose is viable. Anything less places CotC at risk, and those participating in your adventure at greater risk.
