My problem is that CSS does not run. Reinstalling from scratch does not help, as it is a problem with shader shaderapidx9.dll.

My CS:S is messed up.

It isn't working, I've tried everything on steampowered.com and valvesoftware.com, and I just wanted to tell everyone that I won't be playing CSS until they fix it. Sorry. :(

Go into your router system and see if anything is wrong. Like on a Lynksis router, you can go to the settings. You may be getting packet loss.

You could also try HijackThis, if you are a more advanced user. It finds everything that has been changed in the computer, and can be used to delete infected objects. But, beware, because it cannot differentiate between viruses and spyware and what has merely been customized by you.
